Earning Vault
The vault earns yields by selling options and collecting option premiums. Users will be able to deposit assets and sell covered calls on the underlying assets at pre-selected strikes and expirations without prior knowledge of option greeks.
Each vault employs a customized covered call strategy designed by professionals to maximize the risk-return profile. Earning vaults will expire either unexercised or exercised.
- With unexercised vaults, users earn a token-based rate of return.
- With exercised vaults, users earn a dollar-based rate of return that is greater than the initial deposit value.
Example
All vaults will re-invest the yield earned into the next epoch unless it is withdrawn, thereby compounding the yields for depositors over time.
